Rachel Lai Leng Chee
Executive Director

Rachel Lai was formerly attached with Great Eastern Life as its Insurance agent. She was in fact the co-founder with our Managing Director when it started in 1991. Incidentally, they are now husband and wife. Her initial years with GEL taught her various skills on marketing and with her expertise; she imparted and built up this department to complement the company's services. Although, she has to juggle her role both as a housewife and Director of this company, she still plays a prominent position and her vast knowledge in this field is an added asset to the company.  
Dr. Lai Fatt Sian (Business Development Consultant)


Dr. Lai possesses several professional qualifications from Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), United Kingdom, Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), United Kingdom, and the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA), Australia. Due to his outstanding contributions to these fracternities he was conferred fellowships with the titles of FCIS, FCIM and FIPA, respectively.


He also holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from renown university in New Zealand. To further enhance his abilities and specialization, Dr. Lai continued in his pursuit of excellence and was conferred Philosophy of Doctorate (PhD) in marketing management majoring in consumer behaviour from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom.

Dr. Lai had many consultancy experiences in his favour and was also a regular corporate trainers and speakers in many events. Currently he is attached to Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) as Associate Professor in the Faculty of Accountancy and Management.

Prior to joining the education sector in and embarking on consultation in 1994, Dr. Lai had had held various senior corporate positions in both private and public corporations since 1982. Among the portfolios he had been exposed to are ranging from purchasing, accounting, marketing, corporate development, and brand development.

Admin. & Operations

Najwa has been with us for the past 5 years and she is the person who handles our day to day operations. With her many years of experience, it is not strange she knows most if not all our clients especially our faithful clients. She is also in charge of customer service dept. whereby feedback from clients is supervised by her and she reports to the Technical Committee.
Wan Nurfadhilah
Accounts Executive

Wan is an accounts graduate with UITM and has been attached with us for the past 4 years. Although her primary role is in the management of our accounts she supports the company in her complementary role of administration as well. She is also knowledgeable in the technical aspect of pest control having attended various courses, seminars and on the job training.
Lim Kai Yin

Lim Kai Yin is an entomologist graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) Pulau Pinang with a degree in Entomology & Parasitology. He specializes in biology of urban pests, urban pest identification, urban pests treatment and Integrated Pest management (IPM). He has completed his final year entomology lab project with Dr Nur Faeza and Prof Lee Chow Yang. Currently, he is involved in Technical & Marketing Department for Stopest HQ in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
(Branch Manager Klang)

Kumar has been with us for the past 10 years and his pest control experience dates back to the early 90’s whilst working together with our MD who was then a technical supervisor of a local Pest Control firm. He is the main person who handles our branch office in Port Klang. His responsibilities as a Branch Manager is primarily in the administration and efficient daily operations of a full service branch office, including product sales, marketing and customer services.  He is assisted by a technical staff of 8 technicians and 2 administrators and maintains customer and employees’ contact on the work area to ensure that quality service is being applied. He is also responsible to forward reports to our headquarters and reports directly to our Managing Director.
(Admin Executive Klang)

Izah is a graduate from USIM and has been with us for the past 4 years.Her responsibilities as an administrator whose expertise is the day to day operations in Branch Klang. Besides, she also in charge on billing for the clients.With her experience, she is more knowledgeable about the fumigation and knows more about the clients needs. Besides, she is well versed in applying for phytosanitary fumigation from our Plant Quarantine Department. Her positive attitude in dealing with unusual circumstances has earned many of our clients the respect she deserves.
