Our Services

Fumigation Services

All Pests

  • Applicable for container, stack, structural cargo ship and air craft- 100% kill!
  • Fumigant used are registered with quarantine department
  • umigation process comply to MAFAS/AQIS/ISPM5 standard especially for global trade and quarantine requirements

Aircraft Fumigation

  • Definitely a fumigation which needs to be handled by professionals.
  • Different from QPS Fumigation or Quarantine & Pre-Shipment (which we do provide such services).
  • Requires sophisticated equipment.
  • Experienced licensed fumigators.
  • Health & Quarantine authorities in many nations are becoming increasingly concerned about the potentially deadly risks of ventors being “imported” into their countries by “jet-setting” pests that travel on international flights.

Pre Fumigation

  • Mandatory requirement to inform relevant government authorities.
  • Fumigant must be release as a hot gas.
  • Volatizer or Heat Exchanger is a must to ascertain liquid fumigant is released totally in a gaseous state.

Actual Fumigation - Calculate dosage and amount to release MB gas

This technique of dosage calculation and CONCENTRATION TIME is critical to ensure that the optimum concentration of gas is released against targeted pests and there are no detrimental effects to the equipment/materials in the aircraft.

Ventilation / Aeration

  • After ventilation priority to test gas concentration is mandatory and sophisticated equipment is needed.
  • Ensure gases trapped in seats are ventilated correctly and aircraft is totally free of toxic fumigant before declaring it safe for re-entry.

Recapture Methyl Bromide System

Very much aware of Methyl Bromide being an ODS (ozone depleting Substance) Stopest (M) Sdn Bhd as a responsible Pest Controller is able to provide such services for clients who are concerned about the environmental impact of MB gas as well. Recapture of methyl bromide from commodity fumigations is now a proven commercial process using a filtering system of activated carbon. With the recapture system, test have shown that the amount of methyl bromide emitted from commodity fumigations is reducexd by 80% or more, allowing fumigation facilities to meet strict local emission regulations.

Furthermore, the maximum concentration of methyl bromide entering the atmosphere is reduced by 95% or more. Ground level concentrations around a fumigation facility are a direct function of exhaust stack concentrations.
